Company is seeking a legal counsel adept in handling litigation and employment legal assignments. As Legal Counsel, you will provide legal advice and carry out actions which have an impact upon the rights, privileges and responsibilities of the Company while maintaining high standards of legal and business ethics and professional responsibility. This role will be a key member of our litigation legal team – focused primarily on assignments relating to actual and potential disputes that become the subject of formal court or administrative agency procedures as assigned – reporting to the Deputy General Counsel Litigation.
