The Director, Global Employment Practices is responsible for oversight on all employee relations matters. This individual will ensure the company has a comprehensive proactive employment practice strategy that fosters consistent employee experiences and ensures compliance across the enterprise. The position works in partnership with the Human Resources community and in collaboration with allied functional areas to implement solutions to critical employee relations issues and foster employee engagement and positive relationships throughout the enterprise.
