The Associate General Counsel will provide legal advice in support of global supply chain and IT transactions. In this capacity, the attorney will advise company management in connection the identification, analysis and resolution of complex legal issues and commercial risks associated with transactions and review, draft and negotiate contracts on behalf of the company. In particular, the Associate General Counsel will be responsible for the management of the contracting process and the drafting and negotiations of complex manufacturing and supply agreements as well as sophisticated IT-related contracts and licenses.
