Responsible for handling the management of all administrative, litigation, and arbitration matters involving labor and employment issues, both directly and indirectly through outside counsel. Provides legal advice on employment related matters including investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, employment agreements, and restrictive covenants, non-competes and related matters.
