Anticipates, initiates and manages company’s legal needs, both independently and as requested by internal clients. Supports patent litigation, regulatory compliance, environmental, risk management, and health and safety issues. Performs diverse and complex legal tasks within and between specialty areas. Develop and maintain expert knowledge of all technical aspects of company's hardware, software and accessories. Supports patent litigation efforts, including identification of technical issues and facts, conducts research and provides assessments; shapes technical arguments related to non-infringement positions.
