The role will be a member of company’s in-house Litigation Group, reporting to the SVP of International Litigation, based in New York and to the Chief Legal Officer of company, based in London. The Litigation Counsel will be responsible for handling disputes and litigating cases by partnering with and managing outside counsel (where appropriate) on matters including general commercial litigation, and claims relating to breach of contract, employment, defamation, personal injury, insolvency and others. The Litigation Counsel will also assist in the management of regulatory investigation work as needed.
