This attorney will support the company’s corporate legal functions, with a primary focus on supporting M&A and other corporate development activities, as well as SEC reporting, governance, stock administration, executive compensation and subsidiary matters. We are seeking a motivated, smart and team player to take initiative and ownership of key projects, procedures, and transactions, and closely partner with business functions across the company. The successful candidate will have an important role in helping grow the legal department, and in turn will have an amazing opportunity to develop professionally.
