The General Counsel will lead corporate strategic and tactical initiatives, providing practical, thoughtful legal advice to all levels of the organization. This is an ideal role for a seasoned legal professional with broad experience in a rapidly growing enterprise software company who is able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a collegial, fast-paced environment.
