The Corporate Counsel drafts or reviews commercial and general contracts pertaining to the company, and either leads or participates in contract negotiations. Where there are IP aspects, close coordination with the VP of Intellectual Property is required. The Corporate Counsel also manages and coordinates elements of the Company’s SEC reporting and compliance matters, including option transactions, in coordination with outside counsel. The Corporate Counsel reports to the CFO and works closely with the VP of Intellectual Property and all operational functions.
