This high level, strategic position will report directly to the COO. Oversees all aspects of company’s operations (i.e., finance, legal, marketing, retail, restaurants, IT, and new openings) for the USA to ensure that company's standards are maintained. The Director of Operations will direct the daily running of Company’s stores to include restaurant employees, retail and operations. The incumbent will be responsible for budget administration, cost reduction strategy & procedures, training, developing and implementing operating policies and procedures while ensuring environmental compliance and all other duties assigned by the COO/CEO and CFO.
