The successful candidate will have a broad legal background with the ability to operate effectively in a variety of legal disciplines. This key position will focus on three distinct yet equally important areas: 1) providing support and counseling relating to all aspects of employment law; 2) formulating strategy and providing oversight of busy litigation docket; 3) drafting and negotiating contracts. This attorney must be equally comfortable and experienced in employment law, commercial litigation and contract negotiation.
