This position will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and management of legal/compliance requirements by: Providing proactive legal advice to senior management and other internal clients. Develop preventive strategies in order to reduce risk across multiple functions. Create and manage litigation relationships with external legal partners. Perform pre-litigation work to minimize risks and maximize legal rights.
