Seeking a litigator with at least four (4) years litigation experience and fluency in Spanish to assist it in the handling of day-to-day litigation and legal counseling for all of company's privately-held farming, food and beverage companies. This position, unlike other "in-house" positions, will require both personal participation and leadership in ongoing litigation and require, among other things, trying cases, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions, and presenting oral argument, as required by a litigator in any law firm.
