Responsible for drafting, interpreting and negotiating contracts and managing various legal projects. Responsible for all legal matters related to Environmental Health and Safety matters. Assist with corporate legal compliance. Drafts, reviews, interprets and negotiates contracts, letter agreements and other legal documentation primarily related to technical services (engineering, planned work, facilities), entertainment, business development, operations, sourcing, UO Creative construction and remodeling, environmental health and safety and others. Creates form agreements to be used by contract representatives.
