Reporting to the Director, Associate General Counsel, the Assistant General Counsel will be a member of the Corporate legal team responsible for providing advice and counsel on wide range of equity compensation, stock plan and business to business commercial matters. Work with cross functional teams to review, draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including brokerage, financial reporting, technology, licensing, consulting, confidentiality and other business agreements. Work collaboratively with legal, risk and compliance departments from across the broker dealer and bank affiliates to ensure that all necessary support, issue spotting and advice and counsel is made available to the company.
