The purpose of this role is to plan and direct all aspects of the organization’s legal affairs and ensures maximum protection of its legal rights. To be responsible for all corporate, legal and regulatory matters, including but not limited to: contracts, agreements, management of external counsel, management of the litigation process, industry related compliance issues, employment law, intellectual property, insurance and risk management. Negotiate and draft commercial agreements and leases.
