This person’s main responsibility will be navigating the complicated world of privacy as it relates to digital advertising. The Corporate Counsel will need to communicate with product and engineering and ensure that the company is building and architecting a system that complies with the spirit and language of legislation and various industry organizations to which the company belongs – such as the NAI. The General Counsel will also be responsible for communicating company’s privacy strategy to the company, its management, clients and other stake holders.
