As Associate Corporate Counsel, you will advise the Company on corporate transactions, corporate governance, and other securities, transactional and general corporate matters. You will draft, negotiate and review agreements, prepare and maintain board and stockholder materials and corporate records, manage corporate governance initiatives, coordinate cross-functional Company teams in transactional matters and assist with special projects as needed. You will work closely with our internal finance team, assisting with equity administration and providing support on corporate finance matters and strategic transactions.
