Corporate Counsel will provide general legal counsel to the Company’s business teams and will focus on negotiating, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts. Corporate Counsel will report to the Company’s Group Counsel or other designated managing attorney. Prepares, negotiates and reviews commercial contracts, including distribution agreements with manufacturers, customer agreements, licenses, data reporting agreements, consulting and vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and government and other customer solicitations and RFPs for the sale of pharmaceutical products, to ensure that these contracts accurately express the Company's objectives and minimize legal risk.
