The Senior Legal Counsel will manage a team of legal professionals and contribute substantively on a wide range of commercial issues impacting the success of the residential energy, small business and service businesses across North American market (e.g. business-to-consumer sales, business-to-small business sales, marketing, customer complaints, customer operations, back office customer related issues.) This role requires a highly motivated individual with a balanced and direct approach to legal and business objectives. Candidates must be highly reliable, solution-oriented, and have a track record that demonstrates excellent managerial ability, business and legal judgment, and the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
