The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Lead and close large commercial transactions from early term sheet stage to final funding. Negotiate and draft loan documents and other deal agreements. Coordinate due diligence review, such as title policies, surveys, organizational documents, estoppel certificates, SNDAs, legal opinions, ground leases, leases and zoning matters, as well as closing logistics. Advise capital markets team on legal ramifications of structuring and key deal terms.
