This position is responsible for overseeing the legal function on a global basis. As top in-house legal executive, the duties of this position includes but not limited to setting global legal strategies and functional plans for the company. Responsible for overseeing all legal matters pertaining to the organization, including patent, copyright, intellectual property and compliance and the coordination of any legal matters handled by outside counsel. As a member of the leadership team, this position is responsible for establishing and maintaining a work environment focused on quality and that fosters learning, respect, open communication, collaboration, integration, and teamwork.
