This position supports the organization's Insurance Operations Department and the Risk Retention Group, by providing claims/litigation management services for general and professional liability claims. This position reports to the Senior Attorney/Liability Claims Manager in Insurance Operations Department in the day-to-day management and administration of claims and litigation for the organization, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and other health care entities that participate in the organization's professional liability and general liability insurance programs. This position supports the entire system, as program participants include all hospitals owned or operated by the company, outpatient surgery centers, multi-location physician practices and supporting ancillary services as well as some third party healthcare providers who practice at the company facilities.
