This position exists to handle a wide range of legal responsibilities as assigned and supervised by the General Counsel and the Deputy General Counsel, including physician contracting, joint venture contracting, corporate legal matters, regulatory compliance, managed care contracting, employment law and personnel matters, real estate law, and nonprofit and tax exemption matters. Requires current membership in the Indiana Bar Association. Requires experience in each of the general areas covered by the essential functions of the position; as well as a broad general background in business and civil law.
