Seeking an experienced technology lawyer to serve as Assistant General Counsel with primary responsibility for information technology/services client group, as well as support of the company’s intellectual property development and current portfolio management. Provide Information Technology (IT) and Intellectual Property (IP) counseling for key segments of company’s innovation and product development, with secondary support of the company’s marketing activities. Collaborate closely with company’s business and department heads, in an effort to provide execution of initiatives and strategic advice related to the company’s IT development and IP expansion, strategic partnerships, business relationships and licensing activities.
