Based in New York and reporting to the head of company’s legal department in Europe, company’s Associate Counsel, IT Specialist will be a strategic partner to the COO of the North American region and must have prior experience providing legal support and counsel to a provider of technology services, preferably Software as a Service. The successful candidate will advise senior leadership on the full range of corporate legal matters, manage contractual issues for customers and suppliers, and review internal and external contracts and documentation to ensure compliance within the concerned jurisdictions. The Associate Counsel will lead by example and proactively and effectively interact with senior management, clients, suppliers, and, as needed, external legal counsel regarding various transactions and company activities.
