The Senior Director, Global Labor & Employment (L&E) is responsible for setting strategic direction for the global L&E function within the Law Department and for partnering with the Company’s Human Resources (HR) Department to establish and implement global L&E standards, policies and processes for the Company’s workforce. The position serves as the primary point-of-contact between the Law Department and the HR Leadership Team, including the Chief HR Officer, and is responsible for managing all aspects of the global L&E function. Candidates must have extensive experience managing the key L&E needs of a global, Fortune 500 company.
