Company is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to support commercial sales efforts, business development, intellectual property-related endeavors, and general corporate legal requirements. We seek a strong contributor that can collaborate with team members in the US and the UK. As a business enabler, Counsel will be expected to engage across multiple business lines within the company, including Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and HR. While this is currently an individual contributor role, previous experience managing outside counsel as well as in-house legal staff in a technology setting would be a plus. This position will have significant interaction with the executive staff.
