Counsel HR and managers on day to day employee relations issues, including leave administration and accommodation issues, as well as develop training, guidance and processes terminations and discipline. Assist HR in responding to investigations. Review reductions in force & reorganizations. Advise on compensation issues, including FLSA classifications and compensation plans. Policy review and implementation with focus on compliance with federal and state laws and local ordinances.
