In a senior capacity, represents the firm and its management employees and affiliates in broad range of business issues involving employment matters to include terminations, sexual harassment, discrimination, wage issues, OSHA and state and federal compliance. Provides educational information to employees of the company in all matters relating to employment and labor issues. Also assists with arbitration and other litigation. Provides legal guidance to managers and senior management during the hiring process and thereafter as requested.
