Reporting to the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, this corporate counsel position would provide in-house legal support for the company’s transactional needs, as well its corporate governance activities, including adherence to U.S. securities laws and market regulations. The position will oversee and coordinate area specific corporate legal needs with outside counsel; draft and help negotiate transactional documents, including licensing agreements and other complex agreements, and draft annual and quarterly SEC filings; review shareholder and investor communications; support company internal equity plan and programs, and help coordinate company’s Board of Director activities, including quarterly BOD and committee meetings and materials. This role has senior management and director visibility.
