To assist the General Counsel’s Office of international payment processing company with a wide range of commercial and corporate matters in which the company and its international subsidiaries are involved. Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts and other documents will be a prime part of the position and strong drafting skills are essential. Public company experience, including preparation of securities filings, knowledge of corporate governance and experience in supporting senior management and Board of Directors is required.
