Draft and negotiate various technology agreements, including software license agreements, maintenance agreements, trial agreements, professional services agreements, and data license agreements from both a customer and vendor's perspective. Counsel legal issues associated with the implementation and use of technology products in connection with the company's existing products and services. Coordinate with other department and specialists regarding risk management, privacy, litigation, compliance, global security, and technology development.
