We are currently seeking to hire an experience attorney to join our Corporate Legal Department. Corporate Legal is responsible for the various legal functions including transactional work, contracts, corporate governance, intellectual property, corporate litigation, and oversight of claims related loss contingencies. Corporate Legal works with all of the company’s business units and also interfaces with the Company’s outside auditors and parent companies. The attorney must have the confidence, experience base and communication skills to inspire the trust and confidence of senior management, the Company’s outside auditors, and the Company’s owners.
