Company is seeking a Corporate Counsel to provide legal counsel and general business legal support to corporate business departments and management and to retail store management. The position includes managing and implementing legal compliance initiatives, providing advice and recommendations on new legislation and regulations for assigned stores and regions, drafting contracts, and advising certain Compliance & Ethics Program compliance administrators. Provide legal counsel and operational risk management for compliance with all state and federal laws affecting the company's vehicle sales (retail and wholesale), service, and related operations.
