Assist in the preparation of SEC filings, including Form 10-Ks, Form 10-Qs, Form 8-Ks, proxy statements and registration statements and other SEC and exchange compliance matters. Manage the annual stockholder meeting process. Draft and manage Section 16 filings. Coordinate global subsidiary management with cross-functional teams, draft corporate organizational documents and maintain corporate records.
