You will focus your efforts in supporting company’s lending businesses and are expected to have (or to develop) an in-depth understanding of consumer finance laws and regulations that affect the company’s lending businesses. Day-to-day duties may include, but are not limited, to: Ongoing Regulatory Compliance, Handle all aspects of legal compliance with applicable laws and regulations associated with various consumer credit products. Interpret existing and new laws and regulations and provide guidance to the business. Counsel business partners on legal and compliance risks and collaborate to find optimal business solution while minimizing risk.
