This position will report directly to our General Counsel. The Corporate Counsel will be primarily responsible for drafting and negotiating a broad range of customer, vendor, and partner contracts. The Corporate Counsel will also assist the General Counsel with department operations and contract management, and will collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization to meet business needs. This individual will work with minimal supervision and should be detail and process oriented, possess good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
