Company is seeking an Employment Counsel to design, implement and oversee a Global Human Resources Policy and Compliance Program - including determining an HR and Legal training strategy and designing appropriate curriculum and content in partnership with the new learning organization. In addition, this individual will be responsible for leading and conducting global internal investigations throughout the company. This individual will be dedicated to working primarily with the company global Human Resources organization, while also engaging with stakeholders within the Legal & Compliance departments. This position reports to the Chief Employment Counsel and will be based at the company’s world headquarters in Cambridge, MA.
