We are seeking a Compliance Counsel at our corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a solid working knowledge and familiarity with enhanced compliance program initiatives, including those related to anti-bribery statutes such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Anti-Bribery Statute, conflicts of interest, anti-trust laws, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, as well as company hotlines and on-line compliance training. Implementing on-line training courses through an outside vendor based process on risk assessment of training needs.
