Support and interact with the CFO, CEO and BUs (including Executive Committee members and other senior staff) in acquisitions, divestitures and other major investment projects, including identifying and analyze potential acquisition targets and strategic partners, structuring and negotiating deals, coordinating and undertaking due diligence, and advising senior management. Manage and dispose of all non-operating real estate assets corporate-wide, maximizing overall values (e.g., maximizing income and minimizing expenses and use of resources), including identifying buyers and negotiating the disposition of those assets. Assist and advise as needed for special projects (e.g., corporate HQ real estate issues).
