The Associate Counsel will function as the primary federal contracts counsel for the Group in the Americas Region, as well as a corporate generalist. Due to the size of the legal department, all of the attorneys are involved in a broad array of legal issues, as well as areas of specialty. The Associate Counsel will regularly represent the Group in dealings with outside law firms, governmental agencies and others in the legal and business community. The Associate Counsel should have working experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations and Federal contracting practices and requirements.
