Performs wide range of legal activities to support the operation, growth and development of the Company. Provides legal advice and counsel to legal and business team members. Works with business and technical teams on a day-to-day basis to identify, analyze and propose solutions to legal issues. Provides solution-based advice and counsel. Assists in structuring, negotiating and implementing commercial transactions, negotiating various agreements and commercial contracts with vendors and other commercial parties.
