Performs a wide range of corporate and securities matters related to supporting the company’s and its subsidiaries’ compliance with federal, state and foreign securities and corporate laws and corporate governance and reporting/disclosure requirements. Initiates, drafts and files Securities Exchange Act forms (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and S-8, proxy statement) and Section 16 forms (Forms 3, 4 and 5). This includes obtaining compliance information from the Board of Directors and Officers and disseminating information to these groups.
