Senior lawyer who serves as lead attorney for a BU/FG or has responsibility for a core component of a practice group. Works autonomously with high-level direction. Directly or indirectly manages staff and drives efforts of broader teams to meet business objectives. Drafts complex legal documents, identifies and analyzes complex issues, presents reasoned recommendations, negotiates and counsels clients, including senior management. Drives all legal aspects of complex transactions with minimal direction and supervision.
