Experience developing/improving/enforcing compliance programs, policies and recommendations to advise company executives (such as sales, marketing and product groups). Experience providing legal advice for a wide range of regulatory matters, including Fraud and Abuse, OIG compliance, FDA marketing (advertising, promotion, labeling) and other FDA regulatory (clinical R&D) issues. Helpful to have experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of life sciences related commercial contracts, particularly clinical trial, supply, manufacturing, and/or distribution agreement.
