This attorney will be part of the Legal Department, and will support the Card Services business, specifically Partnership, Payment Network and other special project areas. Responsibilities include providing legal advice and counsel to various business and functional members of the Card Services business and operations team on a number of corporate, strategic, commercial, regulatory, litigation and other cutting edge matters. Candidates should be able to apply specific policy and procedural criteria, work with all levels of legal and non-legal staff on a variety of transactional, corporate and commercial matters, and provide general legal advice and counsel to our business and operations colleagues.
