The Corporate Counsel will act as member of the senior management team, providing leadership and guidance surrounding a broad range of legal matters affecting day-to-day business operations including corporate contracts, regulatory agencies, company policies, litigation, audits, human resource and employment issues. Act as primary general in-house legal counsel to the business. Take lead role to develop and interpret legal policies, supervise outside counsel on major litigation on an efficient cost-effective basis; investigate and research claims by and against the company, and proactively anticipate and guard against legal risks facing the company.
