Represent the operating companies in formal customer proceedings before the State Public Utility Commissions. Assist in the preparation of documents relating to rate case filings, including responses to date requests and testimony. Draft and review Contracts and other Agreements. Draft documents relating to the transfer of property including Deeds, Rights of Way, easements and leases. Evaluated State Legislative actions to identify legislation which could affect operations. Draft formal comments to the State Public Utility Commission in response.
