First and foremost, you’ll be an all-star contributor to the Legal team and to the company as a whole – working on every issue company faces, from negotiating partnership agreements with Fortune 50 companies to working on regulatory, intellectual property, employment and international issues. However, you’ll also be a specialist, spending a considerable amount of your time working on corporate/securities issues, and interacting directly (and frequently!) with our General Counsel, CFO and CEO. You will focus much of your time on financings, securities filings, board matters (including attendance at board meetings), and general stock/option administration.
